Mark Mills, Market Manager
Mark leads the Columbia-Jefferson City organization focusing on client service, sales staff training and coaching, and “community of listeners” development among the eight radio stations in the group! Mark enjoys helping local business owners reach and exceed their dreams with customized marketing plans designed to brand their business. Mark has been a part of the radio sales scene in Columbia for a number of years, starting as a Marketing Consultant then moving up to Local Sales Manager to General Sales Manager before being named the Market Manager in August 2009. Previous to his radio sales experience, Mark spent the first portion of his 30+ year career as an on-air personality, play-by-play voice and Program Director for several radio stations in the Midwest. Mark and his wife, Janet, have two daughters.

Greg Renoe, General Sales Manager
1986 was Greg's first introduction to radio. He was a Board Operator on the weekends and evenings, charged with the responsibility of keeping a small FM Classic Hits station and an AM Country station on the air. One day his General Manager asked him if he would like to give radio sales a try. Three months later, he had a decision to make - Stay in sales and create fantastic ad campaigns or pursue an announcing career? Fortunately, he chose sales. Lisa Plakorus, Key Accounts Manager
Lisa has helped clients grow their businesses since 2001. "I believe in radio and think the client relationships are the most important aspect of the business", says Lisa. Lisa has completed training from Sandler management systems, which is an intensive two-year course on selling. This course has given her better insight into her clients and the overall sales process. A graduate of Columbia College, Lisa enjoys watching her children grow up in a place as great as Columbia. When not helping businesses grow, you'll find Lisa on the soccer field with her kids.

Chandra Thompson, Sales Representative
Chandra graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in English. For the past five years she has been living in St. Louis working in Sales & Marketing, and recently moved back to Columbia to begin a career with Cumulus. She is new to the radio business, but is eager to learn as much as she possibly can to help local businesses get the most out of their advertising budget! She enjoys traveling, reading, and University of Missouri's football season.

Danielle Mancuso, Sales Representative
Danielle brings her clients over 10 years experience in marketing and sales. Her idea of success is measured by the long-term relationships she builds with her clients as she helps her clients accomplish their dreams and goals as they grow their business. The foundation of her beliefs is based on determination, honesty, integrity and being ethical in all aspects of her life. She has three beautiful children Kaine 14, Alex 11 and Kiya who is 6 years old.

Clifton Myers, Sales Representative
Clifton is a Mizzou grad with a Business degree in Marketing. Creativity is pertinent in advertising and he certainly brings a fresh new approach to the industry. Clifton will go above and beyond to provide his clients with exceptional concepts and ideas that will help execute their plans for growth. As an avid outdoorsman, Clifton enjoys bowhunting, duck hunting, and turkey hunting. He also enjoys weekends down at Table Rock Lake, taking care of his horses, and spending time with his parents and his sister. Clifton is a proud supporter of the Missouri Department of Conservation and Ducks Unlimited.

Darryl Burnett, Sales Representative
Darryl is a life long resident of the Jefferson City community where he graduated with a marketing degree from Lincoln University; he also is a graduate of the President’s Club of the Sandler Sales Institute. Darryl is an active member of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, the East Side Business Association and the West Side Business Association where he served as president in 2009. Darryl has helped his clients reach their goals and become long term clients with the 20 years of marketing and sales experience he has in advertising. Darryl also owned and operated a small business which has helped him when working with other small businesses. Darryl and his wife Sherrie have four sons, Matthew, Joshua, Kevin and Kris and two grand daughters, Kayla and Mattalyn which he adores.

Mo Louis, Sales Representative
Mo Louis, former host of the 102.3 BXR morning show, is back in Columbia to continue his 30+ year career in radio. Leaving the live-mic behind, Mo is eager to help local businesses grow. His experience in major market radio, commercial production and on air promotion gives him a unique perspective on brand building. Through the years he's seen the successful campaigns that helped businesses flourish, and Mo looks forward to sharing what he knows, and partnering with ambitious business owners with a will to win. "I've seen what works and what doesn't. I'm excited to prove to others what I already know. No advertising beats radio done right." Mo has been married to Robin for 20 years, and has 2 kids. Lindsay is 11 and Adam is 16 and already following in his fathers footsteps working as a board operator for Chiefs football on 100.1 the BUZZ. Emily Holtzclaw, Sales and Administrative Assistant
Following in the footsteps of her grandfather, who held a career in radio for over 50 years, Emily is a 10 year radio veteran. Spanning from her start in Moberly, Missouri for KWIX and KRES of the Shepherd Radio Group to her present position at Cumulus, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communications from Marquette University and has worked with Cumulus since 2004 as a board operator and producer before joining us as the Sales and Administrative Assistant. Emily is very enthusiastic about her new role, impacting the future of radio, and is eager to help local businesses achieve their goals.

Chris Baker, Sales Representative
Chris Baker re-joins the Cumulus team after being away from radio sales for about three years for a stint in politics. Chris was an “elephant hunter” and “value perception-raiser” previously for Cumulus Columbia, with over 14 years experience in radio sales in the Columbia market. He returns to the Columbia sales team after a stint with U.S. Congressman Kenny Hulshof’s staff as a fund-raiser and as a fund-raiser and campaign manager for Congressman Hulshof’s run for Governor of the state of Missouri.
